We have four subscription solutions that suit different needs and businesses.

Our FREE package is a simple and free booking system for restaurants for online table booking. Here there is no access to support, table calendar or capacity.

With BookEtBord’s LIGHT package you get your own design, access to most of the features in the table booking system, table calendar, table capacity and the option to compose tables. You can also use our support.

If you choose our BASIC plan, you also get access to our optimized seating feature and booking concepts. Also, the event module and feedback module are inckuded in this plan.

The ADVANCED plan is our solution for those who have a big or multiple restaurants. This package provides additional access to functions such as head quarter feature and has the party module and self service included. 

We will of course advise you so that you get the subscription plan that suits your restaurant.

BookEtBord has a number of additional modules that you can add to the table booking system. You will find modules for gift cards, feedback and self-service, for example.

A very popular module is the party module, which gives you detailed agreement management for parties. You can build your own templates for party planning and send out, for example, party agreements, confirmations and terms and conditions directly from the system.

The event module is also widely used by restaurants that want to offer special events to their guests. When you sell tickets for events in your restaurant, you get the money ‘up front’ and directly into your own account. We never handle the money.

Feedback can be very valuable and provide insight into your guests’ experiences with your restaurant, your food and your staff.

Our feedback module provides insight into your guests’ opinions, wishes and experiences. You can use this insight to ensure your restaurant’s overall quality level. You design the questions yourself. They are sent to the guest via SMS after their visit. When the guest completes their feedback response, you can see it in the table booking system.

Our table booking system is designed so that you can do most of the work yourself when there are changes to your table plan or similar.
